Duh.

Remember that Seinfeld episode where George can't have sex with his girlfriend because she got mono, so he started to get smarter? And in that same episode Elaine hit a dry patch and wasn't gettin' any. If you recall, Jerry's theory was that George was getting smarter since he no longer had to devote any energy to thinking about getting sex or trying to get sex, so other parts of his brain were getting more "juice" (my phrase) and he was tapping into these suddenly more activated areas, hence he seemed smarter. Jerry also posited that in Elaine's case, her lack of sex was "fogging" her brain, making her sluggish, dazed, almost stupid...and in the context of the show, more like George should be.

Long story short: I think I'm Elaine in this analogy, or at least I feel like it.
